A company is looking for a Senior Health Policy Consultant with Medicaid expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and communicate effective solutions for Medicaid projects
• Design proposals to help clients achieve health policy objectives and manage project staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing project budgets and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in health policy or law preferred
• 15+ years of health experience with a broad understanding of health policy
• Experience in building teams and developing business in a consulting environment
• Ability to achieve Milliman Signature Authority within 18 months
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
