Job Summary

A company is looking for a College Athletics Recruiting Advisor (Golf, Male Volleyball, Rowing).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mentoring relationships with student-athletes and meet regularly through video chat
• Evaluate film and provide feedback, helping student-athletes create recruitment videos
• Guide student-athletes in their recruitment journey, including planning and advocacy with college coaches

Required Qualifications

• Experience playing and/or coaching at a top university
• A passion for mentoring teenagers
• Detailed understanding of the recruiting process
• High character and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strategic planning and organizational skills
