Claims Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Business Analyst to manage operational issues and lead projects related to claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Claims Team by troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions
• Coordinate with end-users and operational partners to ensure business needs are met during implementations
• Lead projects to improve efficiency within the Claims team through data analysis and process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare claims
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Prior experience with automated and integrated claim adjudication systems
• Understanding of health insurance benefits administration in a self-funded environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA is preferred
