Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to define business outcomes and success criteria
• Lead requirements refinement sessions and develop comprehensive user stories and solution documentation
• Develop and iterate Salesforce solutions, including training end users and managing project scope and budget

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance
• BA/BS degree or 10 years of relevant work experience in information technology systems development
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce administration or consulting
• At least 2 current Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder & Sales/Service/Community Clouds)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative automation features and low-code application building
