Clinical Monitoring Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance and training of Lead Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Research Associates
• Drive the development and implementation of Clinical Monitoring Standard Operating Procedures and processes
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu
• Minimum of 10 years of clinically related experience, with at least 3 years in clinical research monitoring
• Previous experience in a CRO is preferred
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct and ICH-GCP guidelines
