Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects or implementations with web-based software products
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring web-based software solutions
- 1-2 years of experience activating and configuring parcel carrier accounts and related hardware
- Knowledge of remote desktop access software
- Ability to manage work schedules independently while meeting project timelines
