A company is looking for an Implementation Manager responsible for leading customers through the process of implementing software and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the company's software and services, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and provide recommendations on software usage
• Document progress and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects or implementations with web-based software products
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring web-based software solutions
• 1-2 years of experience activating and configuring parcel carrier accounts and related hardware
• Knowledge of remote desktop access software
• Ability to manage work schedules independently while meeting project timelines
