North Carolina Licensed Intake Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Therapist (Remote, NC Independent License).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial intake assessments to evaluate client needs and readiness for treatment
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a welcoming introduction to services
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide detailed assessment findings and support individualized care planning

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
• Valid state licensure in North Carolina or license eligible (Masters, LCMHC, LCSW)
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and various software programs
