Job Summary

A company is looking for a Massachusetts Licensed Staff Trauma Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient diagnostic evaluations and triage patients appropriately
• Treat PTSD and related conditions using evidence-based psychotherapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy
• Assist in care coordination and maintain accurate documentation records

Required Qualifications

• Active licensure in Massachusetts; preference for additional licensure in New York and/or New Jersey
• PhD with at least 2 years post-graduate clinical experience or independently licensed master-level clinician
• Outstanding clinical skills and experience with moderate to high-risk patients
• Organized and reliable, able to operate autonomously
• Experience in delivering Cognitive Processing Therapy
