Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst - Process Specialist for the Broadband Devices Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, document, and standardize end-to-end broadband service processes while identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
- Collect and analyze operational data to track performance trends and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and ensure alignment with ITIL/eTOM best practices
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and process mapping/documentation
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Understanding of broadband technologies and familiarity with OSS/BSS systems
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and regulatory/compliance requirements in telecom
