Job Summary

A company is looking for an API Healthcare (Symplr) Consultant to support, upgrade, implement, and customize API Healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand workforce management requirements and provide expert advice on system configuration and optimization
• Support, implement, upgrade, and customize API Healthcare solutions, including system integration and data migration
• Train end-users on system functionality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with API Healthcare solutions, including system configuration and customization
• Strong knowledge of workforce management processes and best practices
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting
• API Healthcare certification is preferred
