Texas Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Scrum Master to support a modern digital system for the Texas Education Agency's review processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams on Agile principles
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure team progress
• Track team metrics and maintain the product backlog in coordination with the product owner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
• Proven experience facilitating multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and open-source web technologies
