Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to support project management in generative AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and tracking timelines
• Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
• Facilitate communication among team members and departments, organizing project meetings and tracking decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in technology or AI-related projects
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
