Practice Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Manager to oversee the operational leadership and customer satisfaction of a radiology practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations alongside the Practice Director and participate in growth initiatives
• Oversee radiologist scheduling, staffing, and monitor clinical quality management programs
• Coordinate new physician onboarding, manage practice metrics, and support team communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred; master's degree highly preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in management or healthcare administration
• 2+ years of prior analyst experience preferred
• Strong experience with Excel and familiarity with customer relationship management
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a management environment
