Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join a large healthcare organization in a fully remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to gather, document, and manage requirements across several concurrent projects
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration efforts, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation
• Write clear, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to guide development and QA teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role within IT or marketing technology
• Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and enterprise data integration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage requirements across multiple concurrent projects
