Professional Services Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Software Sales teams to scope and propose new services and support business
• Gather customer requirements to propose integrated service delivery offerings that address business needs
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs for Sprinklr deployment strategies and service offerings

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, professional services delivery, or services sales
• Bachelor's degree required
• Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
• Experience in the contact center/customer service software industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
