AI Enablement Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Enablement Engineer to design and launch AI-powered tools for employee enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and iterate on AI-powered internal tools for employee enablement
• Integrate AI into core tools via APIs and Google Apps Script
• Partner with the Culture & Belonging team to identify and resolve workflow friction points

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, automation, or product engineering
• Strong skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Google Apps Script
• Experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Comfort working with APIs
• Product mindset with ability to scope MVPs and deliver iteratively
