Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Engineer, Care AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive organizational initiatives integrating AI into developer experience and engineering workflows
• Partner with DevOps to establish a strategic roadmap for AI-enabled platform capabilities
• Lead teams in complex codebase refactoring and mentor staff engineers on AI-assisted development practices

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership impact
• Strong hands-on coding skills and experience with production systems at scale
• Deep understanding of AI/ML tools and their application to developer workflows
• Expertise in backend (Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Python, Go) or frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js)
• Significant experience with CI/CD workflows and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
