Required Qualifications

• 7 - 10+ years of experience as a software engineer or data science engineer
• Deep experience in developing and deploying production-grade AI systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks
• Proven ability in setting up AI infrastructure, including MLOps pipelines
• Solid understanding of AI safety, alignment, and ethical development practices
