Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Owners and developers to understand documentation needs and perform validations
• Ensure the final product consists of standardized and detailed documents including logic, relationships, data flow, and data architecture
• Lead junior engineers in engineering COBOL code and translating logic and requirements into common language

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Expertise in IBM Watsonx, Artificial Intelligence, Python, and COBOL Mainframe
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects
