Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing engineering team, setting clear goals and developing talent
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Drive efficiency through agile methodologies and best practices, optimizing team productivity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong technical foundation in TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails, with AWS and Datadog experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Strategic and results-driven mindset with adaptability and a continuous improvement approach
