Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise customers
• Serve as the trusted technical partner for customers' GRC, Security, and Engineering leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of post-sales experience in a related role within B2B SaaS environments
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in security or compliance-related industries
• Hands-on development experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep technical experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, and Python
