AI Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, AI Engineering to lead their AI/ML engineering team and drive the implementation of artificial intelligence across their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ML specialists, and data scientists while fostering a culture of innovation
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI/ML initiatives and collaborate with product leadership to align business requirements with technical solutions
• Oversee the delivery of AI/ML projects, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management roles
• Proven experience managing AI/ML teams of 5+ engineers and delivering complex AI/ML projects
• Strong technical background in machine learning and AI technologies, including hands-on experience with ML frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
