Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in engineering management
• Proven experience managing AI/ML teams of 5+ engineers
• Strong technical background in machine learning and AI technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience with production ML systems and deployment at scale
