AI Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Lead Software Engineer to develop AI solutions for social workers and non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using LLMs and integrate with external systems
• Define architectural patterns for prompt engineering and agent workflows
• Establish testing strategies for non-deterministic AI systems and collaborate with product teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping code in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in deploying LLM-based production systems and using AI frameworks
• Knowledge of AWS, particularly managed AI services
• Experience with AI evaluation and observability at scale is a plus
• Open source AI contributions and model training experience are advantageous
