Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in productivity, process improvement, operations, or project management
• Proven track record of improving organizational productivity and efficiency
• Strong analytical skills for data collection and interpretation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Expertise in productivity tools and platforms
