Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI product lifecycle, defining roadmaps and delivering AI-powered features
• Drive customer-facing AI experiences and internal operational AI automation
• Design and implement responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years in product/platform roles, with 5+ years in AI/ML-powered products
• 3-5 years leading cross-functional delivery teams with proven production impact
• Experience embedding AI into customer experiences and internal operations
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Familiarity with SEC/FINRA frameworks and regulatory navigation
