AI Product Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for GenAI and Agentic AI observability solutions
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for new AI-powered observability features, from requirements gathering to continuous improvement
• Drive the adoption of advanced capabilities and establish best practices for monitoring GenAI and Agentic AI in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3 years leading AI/ML-powered products
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and challenges in AI product lifecycle management
• Experience with observability, monitoring, or AIOps platforms in enterprise IT environments preferred
• Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions
