• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Education, Community, and Coaching offerings
• Engage caregivers for user discovery through interviews, surveys, and usability sessions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2C or SaaS
• Experience in user research and rapid prototyping
• Proficient in A/B testing and data analysis
• Familiarity with analytics tools and basic SQL
• Strong technical aptitude for discussing architecture and APIs
