Senior Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Lead, Provider Experience & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the product strategy and execution for high-impact programs in the provider experience portfolio
• Develop and maintain roadmaps that translate product vision into execution-ready plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver high-impact work products such as strategy documents and market requirements documents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7-10 years in product management or service design, with experience in clinician-facing, B2B, or healthtech products
• Prior ownership of complex provider workflows or B2B integrations
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Human-Centered Design, or Life Sciences
• Master's degree preferred
