Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Group Retirement Product Strategy and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product initiatives and execution for Tax Exempt, Corporate, and Governmental markets
• Provide market and business intelligence to support product strategy and identify growth opportunities
• Develop strategic frameworks and business cases, presenting them to senior leaders for approval

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry focused on strategy or product roles
• Professional experience with Group Retirement products such as 401(k), Defined Benefit, and IRAs
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
