Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the strategy and roadmap for key consumer lending products
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from requirements gathering to launch
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, including 4 years in consumer lending or FinTech
• Proven success in launching and growing digital lending products
• Deep understanding of the consumer lending lifecycle and credit risk principles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Preferred experience with cash flow underwriting and regulatory compliance
