Key Responsibilities

• Own the product pipeline by developing new supplements and functional foods
• Lead formulation strategy in collaboration with labs, scientists, and manufacturers
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing top-selling products in the supplement or natural health sectors
• Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy
• Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA)
• Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset
• Curiosity and attention to detail in product development
