Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a high-performing Scrum environment
- 2+ years of consulting industry experience with strong relationship management
- Strong experience with Twilio and chatbot contact centers
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience in agile and scrum development organizations
