AI Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to support the delivery and optimization of AI tools across their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define business value, requirements, and success metrics for AI solutions
• Prepare and structure data for effective use in AI tools and assist with performance improvement tasks
• Measure and analyze the performance of AI solutions, providing insights and documentation for ongoing improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, technical operations, data analytics, or solution delivery
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, or a related field
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, preferably in Microsoft 365 environments
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or generative AI services
• Exposure to prompt design or AI configuration is a plus
