Job Summary

A company is looking for an Atlassian Administrator to manage and support their suite of Atlassian tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Atlassian applications including Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
• Design and implement custom workflows and automation rules to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients in managing their Atlassian environments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Administrator experience
• 3+ years of experience administering Atlassian tools in a client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of Jira workflows and custom fields
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management and ITSM practices
• Experience with REST APIs and scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, or Bash)
