Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temp IT Support Specialist, Retail (remote, weekends).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to store staff across multiple retail locations remotely and/or on-site
- Monitor and maintain store network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and VoIP systems to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to point-of-sale (POS) systems and other in-store devices
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience in a retail IT support role
- 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-site retail or customer-facing environment
- Solid understanding of POS systems and retail technology infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Windows/macOS environments and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
