Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to serve as a key link between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and document business requirements, including data analysis
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams, supporting project management activities
• Design and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Familiarity with Databricks, Python, and data ingestion mechanisms
• Two (2) or more years of quality assurance experience
• Knowledge of Agile/scrum processes and prioritization
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters
