Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration and system configuration
• Perform routine system monitoring, health checks, upgrades, and patch management
• Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules and develop workflows as per organizational requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience administering ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL concepts
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively with a commitment to ongoing learning
