A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for GTM systems and troubleshoot related issues
• Maintain documentation for GTM workflows and implement system changes
• Configure and optimize GTM solutions to enhance efficiency and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as an Admin or BSA for GTM systems in a SaaS environment
• Proven expertise with Salesforce and related GTM tools
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models
• Experience with iPaaS tools like Workato is a plus
