Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst - Order Processing Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, customization, and support of D365 modules related to Sales Entry, Order Maintenance, and Retail
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance sales order accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting expertise for D365-related issues in sales orders and customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst with a focus on Order Processing and Customer Service functionalities
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in sales order management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the retail or distribution industry is preferred
