Job Summary
A company is looking for an ECSA Technical Support Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, migrate, and manage Epic Client Infrastructure on a virtualized delivery platform
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and manage Active Directory and system configurations
- Troubleshoot Epic-related issues, manage ticket queues, and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Epic ECSA Certification (Client Systems Administrator)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or enterprise systems administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage support tickets and monitor ticket queues
- Availability to participate in on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
