Job Summary

A company is looking for an ECSA Technical Support Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, migrate, and manage Epic Client Infrastructure on a virtualized delivery platform
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and manage Active Directory and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot Epic-related issues, manage ticket queues, and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • Epic ECSA Certification (Client Systems Administrator)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or enterprise systems administration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage support tickets and monitor ticket queues
  • Availability to participate in on-call rotations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
