ERP Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Applications Analyst for a short-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with system readiness, validation, and pre-go-live activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Provide Level 2 user support and troubleshoot issues post-go-live
• Monitor system performance and assist in user training and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• 3 years of ERP functional knowledge
• 3 years of experience with ERP modules such as General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• 4 years of end-user support experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is preferred
