Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect UKG Pro WFM solutions to address workforce management challenges
• Design and support integrations using APIs and middleware
• Enhance processes to improve end-user experience and own reporting strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• 7+ years of experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM in a solution architecture or functional lead role
• Deep understanding of time & attendance processes and requirements gathering
• Experience working in global, multi-country environments
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement
