Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, vendor/contract management, or procurement
• Expertise in IT contracts and contract lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Excel and ServiceNow, with experience in creating dashboards
• Strong analytical skills for process optimization and data analysis
