IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst - Contract Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT contracts end-to-end, including renewals, terminations, requisitions, and compliance
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Security, and Procurement to align contract terms and support vendor management
• Analyze IT operational workflows and performance data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, vendor/contract management, or project coordination
• Strong knowledge of IT contracts, licensing models, and procurement processes
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Experience supporting cross-functional IT projects and coordinating with stakeholders
