Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply agile and waterfall frameworks to deliver business value and drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate team self-organization and manage standard meetings, including backlog preparation and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and ensure transparency in project status and metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or related certification preferred
• 3+ years of information technology experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Competent understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
