Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director IT FLCO - Infrastructure Risk Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage technology risk teams, aligning with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of accountability
• Design and maintain effective controls across various technology domains, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive proactive identification of risks and oversee remediation plans to address control gaps

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Technology, Risk Management, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in risk management or internal audit within the banking or financial services industry
• Substantial experience leading RCSA or similar assessment programs
• Deep understanding of banking regulations and risk management frameworks
• Experience managing high-performing risk or compliance teams
