Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on security for information systems and infrastructure
• Design, implement, and enforce cryptographic-based security measures, policies, and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, lead incident response efforts, and support network security operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• (ISC)2 Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• 5+ years of experience in information systems security engineering
• Experience implementing zero-trust security policies and cryptographic controls
• Must be a U.S. citizen in compliance with federal contract requirements
