Security Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Security to design and oversee the security strategy across its portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain security policies, standards, and controls across the portfolio
• Develop and oversee vendor/third-party risk management and ensure compliance with security regulations
• Partner with portfolio companies to implement secure practices and lead security diligence efforts

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security leadership roles in both startup and enterprise environments
• Experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or equivalent security programs
• Strong technical understanding of cloud security, encryption, and secure SDLC practices
• Proven ability to navigate client/vendor security diligence processes
• Capability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-moving environments
