Application Portfolio Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Portfolio Management Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for business operations and manage escalated matters within the Application Portfolio Management discipline
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain an accurate business application inventory and support the Business Application Onboarding process
• Produce reports based on data analysis and industry trends, developing process enhancements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of equivalent experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Application Portfolio Management or IT Asset Management
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and creating dashboards and reporting in ServiceNow
• Experience working in an Agile environment
